Shipping policy

Orders are shipped out daily.

Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing and shipping.

All items are shipped via USPS. After processing is completed, you will immediately receive a tracking number. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through there system.

Once packages have left our possession and in the hands of USPS we have no control of the package. Play Valley is not responsible for lost, stolen damaged, or misplaced packages.
